Bidding Closes on 15 APRIL 2024. The seller reserves the right to extend the date.

Only submit the standard AGREEMENT OF SALE (BIDDING DOCUMENT).
A deposit will be required to be paid into the Conveyancer’s Trust Account and will be refunded in the event that you are not the successful bidder.
You will be required to ensure that you are in a position to advise the Seller with detail of the funding source for the balance of the purchase price.
Only on acceptance of the bid will a guarantee be requested by the Seller’s Conveyancer’s.
The Seller’s Conveyancer will attend on the transfer (Transferring Attorney)
The property is sold subject to existing leases.
A sectional title register is open for all the sections.
Exclusive Use parking bays and other rooms are all registered.
Access to the building will be by private arrangement. The building is currently tenant occupied save for a top floor unit.
